Meant to say interior temp of the coach, not the fridge.

Quality Control
All in all Redwoods product are the most attractive on the market.
I have been traveling the US for month to compare and seen maybe 85 different units.
When the work getting QC to a satisfying level I am sure all will be fine.
Until then it is important to get things fixed without to long delays, and after 90 days (today) as full timers, all things has been taken care of by our dealer with answers within minutes, could not ask for a better service.
They are going out of their way to help regardless where we are.
Will come back with a more comprehensive review of Spaderīs RV in South Dakota next week.
I suppose most of you have already read my review of Redwood/Crossroads RV.

Welcome back Jeff. We have been full timing for almost 2 years in our Redwood and love our 36FL. We look forward to meeting you at the Rally again this year. There are a lot of Redwood owners here that are very knowledgeable with a lot hands on experience about their individual units. I would even go as far as to say that there are some here that are more familiar with certain Redwoods models then most of the mechanics at the dealers that they take them to to have work done on them. A lot of folk's here with great ideas.

We also have the Norcold and it works great, I leave mine on propane a lot as it is more efficient and uses very little gas. Once it has chilled down, it stays that way. No fans inside and works great. If your is not freezing where it should and cold where it should, then have it checked, some thing seems wrong with your fridge. Good luck and safe travels

Bud and Lois if yours works better on propane then we have a problem. Ours is defrosting by the time we are on the road for 8-9 hours. I guess we had that to our list.

sometimes mine will blow out the flame on the road, and when I open the door the refrigerator is alarming. I have to shut it off and restart and then it runs again. I think I get a cross wind sometimes that blows it out.
Could that be contributing to the problem?

No alarm ringing on ours so the pilot light is still lit. Just water everywhere under around and inside the refrigerator. The looks of the Redwood ....paint scheme outside and hardwood cabinets made me think everything inside would be quality. Some of the little things that are not quality make me wonder why they would use screws in the shower that are rusting, the sliding doors in the bedroom fall off while traveling so we bungee them to each side of the RV to prevent that. There is very cheap hardware in the sliding door in the bathroom we need to replace. I just feel like it is 3/4 great with 1/4 irritating. why not a hundred percent? Am I asking for the moon?

Can you hear burner outside by the vent? I can hear mine.
Anyway - sounds like it is broken. Nothing a forum can fix, needs help from Redwood or Norcold.

With the Norcold your pretty much left to the dealers. Even out of warranty a phone all to Norcold will net you nothing, they only have one response; "Take it to the dealer"...

Should be covered for 3 years - any authorized service facility.

If it was a Texas frog he was fried if he was on that side of the RW, couldn't put your hand on the side & everything in the cabinets was warm. Would've liked a tree, but not as close as in earlier pictures.

Similar to Vaughan I turned our fridge on propane about 08:00 and by early evening it was sufficiently cool to load up. When I checked next morning the beer glasses were frozen.
I normally start it on 6 and then reduce to 5. We don't even have the internal fans, but are considering them.
It make a full bucket of ice in less than 1 day.
For power we leave it on auto - LP when moving and AC when parked.
