Kevin fixed ours by removing the bracket and putting a piece of 1/2" plywood in back of it. Then just reinstalled with longer screws. A $1 fix.

36FL-I thought about doing that too Kev, But now I can swivel the TV out of the way a little bit to plug stuff in.
I also noticed one of my marker lights wasn't working yesterday, so I checked it out and the cover was on up side down, took it off, turned it the right way, it even has top marked right on it. There's a hole on the bottom of the covers and turned the wrong way they obviously fill up with water.
Checked the rest and they were all put on wrong.
Put a bead of silicon around them after installed properly, took about 20 min.
Annoying but cheaper than hauling it in to my dealer.
Also fixed the hydraulic ram on the main door, they had just put rivets in the door, two had pulled out already. To fix I drilled the holes out 1/4" bit and installed bolts right through door. And then I painted the bracket and bolts to match door. Looks good and will never come off again. Dealer got an ear full, and is letting the RedWood rep know about all I fixed. Nothing major but still annoying on a high end unit.

Is it only the folks with a 36FL who have problems with the front door ramscrews pulling out of the door frame?

Are you talking about the basement "slam" door?

If so, yes mine seem to pull themselves out.

I think the FL may be the only model that has the hydraulic ram closer on the door, based on the other RW's I have seen.

No. I'm speaking about the front "man" door.

I've talked with several people with all different brands of trailers that have had problems with the screws coming out of the door props. It seems to be that the trailers with 2 doors, have props on one of the doors.

Not the screws coming out, but broken hinges for both the screen door and the main door. Will have it taken care of at the Crossroads Service Center on July 8th.
