I can only speak for Redwood - but the subwoofer is behind the fireplace, and the wifi is built into the LG sound system.

I can't answer your question but I can tell you that "Ron " is a wiz kid on about any trailer made. It would be wise to keep him on your side. Edited by: Dave&Ginny

I can't speak for the Elevation model, but in my RE, the Subwoofer is located inside of the back wall.
I thought it was not working either, turned out to be an unplugged wire.

I found the Sub Woofer in our 38 FL today, I thought it was behind the fireplace but is it not, it is in the basement directly under the fireplace on the main floor.

I was doing some mods and maintenance in the storage compartment and took one of the wall panels off, and there was the LG Sub Woofer.

I'm not savvy with all these high tech electronics, so what is this WiFi Sky you're talking about?

Below is what the device is. Is standard equipment on the Elevation, not sure why Redwood hasn't jumped on board yet... I've installed one on mine, I have the older Mobile version mounted to one of those Flagpole buddies so that I can extend it above other RV's. I can pull in a Wifi signal from nearly 1/4 mile now.

I actually just noticed they sell everything I have in a "pack" now. It's called the RV Pack. The exterior mobile connects (and is powered) via Cat 5 cable from the internal router (named "Go"). I receive and transmit to park wifi's via the external antenna, but have all my devices connected to the internal router. This allows me to have a firewall between the park and my private wifi and more importantly I only have to connect a single device to the park wifi to have everything connected. This works particularly well with parks who still use the Tengo Internet as it doesn't like connecting to more than 1 device.

You can hear it pretty good inside since it is right behind the grating under the Kitchen Pantry behind the TV.
The subwoofer was not mounted very good (like a lot of stuff I found) it had a single angle bracket holding it, now it has 3 angle bracket keeping it secured in place.

You cannot really hear the subwoofer outside.
