Hi Everyone,

We have had our Redwood 38GK since the end of June and have been so busy getting the house ready for sale that we haven't posted in a while!! The good news is the house sold in 18 days, closing is in mid September!! I was shocked at how fast it moved. We had a huge yard sale and sold a ton of stuff, donated the rest to Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughter thrift store. We are still adjusting "stuff" that we kept to the GK but it was easier than I thought living in a smaller space. We stay in Virginia Beach at a membership campground most of the time as we have not left our day jobs yet, that won't happen for about 2 years. I guess we are "fulltimers" but not freebirds quite yet!!

Tomorrow, we take our Redwood on our first long road trip up to the Berkshires of Massachusetts. We will be staying at Country Aire Campground for 5 days and on the way back a couple of days at the Hershey KOA in Pennsylvania. I hope we meet some other "Woodies" on the way!! We have done this trip before with our old Laredo, it will be interesting to see how the Redwood travels.

I am looking forward to traveling and a bit nervous to know that everything we own is with us!!
Happy Trails Everyone!!
Suzy and Ted

We just returned from 5 days at Country Aire in our 36RL and had a wonderful time. No problems at all pulling the Redwood. We had one of the big pull thru sites in the middle, tons of space although not the most level of sites. Very quiet midweek and viewing the meteor showers from there was amazing! Well kept campground with very nice hosts; not a lot to do at the campground itself but plenty to do up and down the Mohawk Trail. Sounds like you have been to the area before, but if you need any suggestions, let us know.
