My wife and I are pretty excited about ordering our Redwood yesterday!
I guess you could call us full timers. I work as a pipeline inspector and we are away from home for extended periods of time. Sometimes as much as two years with only very short trips home usually at Christmas.
We have had "another" brand of rv for a while and totally not satisfied with it. Endless water leaks and SEVERAL other problems with the factory basically saying "your screwed".
While looking at rv's online I came across the Redwood. Took a trip this weekend to an RV show in upstate NY and liked what I saw when I checked out the Redwood so we ordered our 2014 Redwood on the spot.

Congratulations! You'll love it!! Hardest part is the wait! When do you expect delivery? a '14? Didn't know they'd switched model years yet. Anything new for '14?

Welcome to our group ! A lot of very knowledgeable, friendly people on here. A lot of the rest of us are trying to figure a way to make money on the road. Sounds like you have at least one way to do it.

Hopefully you got some good input for ordering from the threads on here.

Were you at the Binghampton show? I hope that the RW dealer at the show you were at put on a better display than the show in Philly the weekend before. They only had 1 unit on display and there were 2 RW dealers there. Sad! But on the bright side, we saw the tables they are putting in and will order a new table for ours this week. We also have the RL and love the design

When do the 2014's come out? We are just about ready to order and I was not aware that a new year was being released any time soon. Very interested to know details. When, what difference they might have and any new models?

I looked at a 2013 RL today while taking mine in for warranty work. The table top looked the same, but the wall/floor mount changed to a flat piece of metal instead of the tube and it has a swivel with release knob under the table.

I am also waiting for the 2014s. I have a few dealerships on hold until the 2014 are available but I have not heard from them.

Ours is an early 2012 and the table is fixed in place. The new ones have a swivel that allows for standard dining or buffett style. The buffett style gives more walk way between the island and the table.

I have the older style table. I rotated the top so it is in buffet style. It works for us as I am the only one sitting at the table. We like the wider walk space, too.

We cheated on our order, we ordered the "True Free Standing" Table that goes into the FLs. Works for us as we moved the recliner farther apart to put a "Cat Tree" and small table between them.
