Just ordered ours
Tick..........Tock.......time is sooooooooo slooooowwwwwww now.
Just ordered our 38RL . Should be getting it around Feb.
Be full timing shortly afterwords.
Are there any fellow Cannuks in here? Our first adventure is going to be Yukon/Northwest Territories. We'll winter around the BC lowermainland coast. then off eastward in the spring. We plan on spending the next ten years or so exploring our back yard coast to coast, road by road. Hopefull to run into many of this group in our travels
We have 2 furry children, Bella, a Bishon/pug cross and Merlin, a Gordon Setter( I should say small pony)
Has anyone installed a travel box on the back of their redwood? What's the coldest anyone has camped in without problems? We plan on doing a lot of snowshoeing.

Congrats on your new coach! You guys will love the luxury of the redwood. We are out ofCalgary and have a 2014 RW36RL and a 2013 one ton Duramax. Haven't done Any winter camping yet, but we're out the Cdn Thanksgiving long weekend in the Rocky Mountains. Went just below freezing with no problems. We are not full timers or even retired yet. (few years away yet). We are planning an Oregon coast trip next fall. What options did you get and what are you pulling it with? Lot of great people on here with tons of knowledge. Like one big RW family! Enjoy that new rig

Hi Rod and Gale
We got the slide in slide with a queen bed, solor panels, generator, 2nd A/C with heatpump, awning lights and 2nd awning, W/D, D/W, fireplace. We are putting vinyl plank throughout the unit. (when Merlin drinks, he goes in up to his eyes, then walks around and drips everywhere!)They are going to add a second drawer under the bed, install an outside quik connect for the BBQ. We'll be pulling this with an M2 sportchassis. We were in Jasper in Sept. The mountains are GREAT aren't they. Our sons both work in Fort Mac so we'll be out that way quite often. Youngest is trying to add branches to the family tree.
Many happy travels to you
Don and Judith

Congratulations on ordering a Redwood, great choice.
Lots of Canucks and even imported ones like me. We're in Maple Ridge and we have a couple of others in BC.
Gordon Setter, eh! We used to show them, oh so many years ago. Now have an older yellow lab & a GSD. When you get to the Lower Mainland send us a PM and we can get together for a hopped beverage. Tentatively we leave early January for Palm Springs & Indio, returning early March. Way to cold on the Coast, we even have snow.

Dan - congratulations on retirement, best job I've ever had. Only complaint is I need to go back to work for a rest - very, very occasionally.
May see you on the I-5, as we have to delay our departure. Earliest departure now Jan 4th. and it could possibly be a week or so later.

We spent last May on the Oregon Coast and other than the first day it was mostly in the 50's & 60's. We stopped for a week in each of Brookings, Gold Coast, Bandon, Florence & Canon Beach
