You guys can go to amazon and get the same thing for around $25.00 that's where I got mine ! They also have the same bright 5050 chip in white I put that under the lip from the front corner to the steps and it lights up the ground I got tired of putting out the rope lights

Those lights look great! Two questions; 1) where did they tap the power from, and 2) how did they run the power to the awning roller? TIA, Vic

I did the same thing. As far as running the power to the light strip on the roller, I have to plug and unplug the controller when putting the awning out and taking it in. Couldn't come up with another way!

I thought about mounting mine to the awning, but after a lot of back and forth, mounted the light strip just below the awning rail. We can use the lights with the awning in or out, and don't have to connect or disconnect. It's not out on the awning roller, but I think it still looks neat and we get a lot of comments.
