Welcome to the family, Alan. You've got yourself a beautiful RW for sure.
I love the examples of your handiwork that are featured on your web site. Many years ago I was oh so close to having my own Gran National. A great car. Alas, the diesel performance bug bit me big time so I don't do gas but I can still appreciate their beauty.

I guess I should have put that in the sig. The current Duramax is a 2011 GMC DENALI HD single wheel 1 tun and has been the best. My earlyer trucks were 05 and 08. I had them all worked over with Banks products and it did make them more powerful. But this 011 new style engine does not need anything done to it. I keep saying that it's going to be the last one due to the new prices all though I got my eye on the new 015 DENALI HD DUALLY. IT IS FINE!

C'mon! Work up the nerve to make the trip over to your nearest Furd dealer and sit in a '15 F450 KR, or an F350 Platinum. You'll never look back.

Oh I can't do that. My sales manager used to tell me " there's a seat for every butt" But my butt won't fit a Ford or a Dog. LOL.

I agree 40kb, if I drive by a Ford dealer I never look back. As I've said before, drove numerous Ford's while working, enough to know I won't own one, but someone has to buy them.

I feel the same way about GMC / Chevrolet, I drive by, never even give them a thought. Never did understand why 2 brands from one company in same segment and they still don't dominate the competition.

Hey Bob, I was working on a job last week where I was directly opposite the Kennedy's berth. She's still pretty even though time has done some damage. I hate hearing about all of our flat tops selling to salvage companies for $1. Makes me wonder if we haven't lost some respect for what these ships have done for our country. It's sad.

Well I know. I guess GM figured that if they could change the stiching in the leather seats and paint the bumper instead of chrome them, we would pay more for it and I guess we did. I know this is not good for my side but I have to tell it. When I bought this DENALI I couldn't get the tire pressure sensor to work. Put it in shop several times till they figured out it didn't have them. I surely thought as much as I paid for this truck it would have them because all of my lower priced diesels had them. As it turns out this truck is a 1 ton and all tire sensors were deleted from the 1 ton line because the technology has not come out yet where the computer can distinguish witch of the two rear tires on one side is the low one so they scrap the hole deal even on single wheel 1 tons. And this goes back to what I'm always telling my wife now days. "Pay more get less".

Have had Toyotas, Fords, and now a Chevy. I am not brand specific. Whichever one can give me what I want for the price I am willing to pay. They all have their advantages as well as disadvantages. Just like trailers.

I only drove GM for 30 years, that changed in 2008. Since then I've bought 11 cars and or trucks and none of them were GM

Showed Momma an ad for a new 2015 Tahoe this morning. She shook her head - "no GM".

Funny how so many people are ties to a specific brand of whatever, truck, car, RV, boat, etc. I've got a friend who just bought a Chevy truck, I asked hime why Chevy..."Im a Chevy gut, have always had them"... his last Chevy was a Surburban, he had nothing but trouble with it!!!
Me, I'm not partial to Dodge cause the last one I had [2000] was problematic, so when I went looking for a truck this time I only looked at Ford & Chevy/GMC. All have pluses and minuses but when it came down to it I went with the one that gave me the most for my money, in this case it was Ford. I'm loyal...to my wallet!!!

Bought a Government Motors car once, as it was way cheaper than the Ford, but it was a lemon. Never looked at them again. Haven't had a problem with Fords, so will stick with them until they don't standby their product.
