New owner 2014 36RL

Just purchased a used 2014 36 RL in Houston Tx last Friday. 1st time posting to the Forum. My wife were amazed at the quality of the interior woodwork and layout of the redwood after spending a day at local RV show looking at multiple other units and not finding exactly what we were looking for. Looking forward to taking it out for the 1st time. Previously owned a tow behind travel trailer, 28ft Terry, of an older vintage. Several weeks ago purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram Longhorn Mega Cab DRW 4X4 to tow the new unit.

Congrats! And welcome! There are a lot of new RW owners lately, so you are in 'new' and 'great' experienced company!

Congratulations on your 36RL!
My wife and I took delivery on our new 36RL on Feb 15th and moved right in as full timers.
We picked up our unit in Richmond Va, spent almost two weeks in it and headed South (trying to stay ahead on the winter storms). We are currently in Charleston SC and still dealing with cold and rain. We hear warmer times are coming next week.
We absolutely love the RW and find it very comfortable. The unit stays warm with either the gas heating or the heat pump. We go between them depending on the outside temp.
The Redwood seemed to pull easily and didn't push the truck around much in a 25mph crosswind. I even found myself passing other drivers.
When we can get outside and meet some of the other RVers, we get a lot of people curious about the unit and the company.
So far, we've enjoyed out unit and have become a proud Redwood owners.
We wish you the best on your new unit and are confident you'll enjoy the time you spend in it.

Safe Travels
