My new 2012 RW38BR on it's way to Oklahoma. I can't wait to see it with the bonus room, had the washer and dryer put back there. I also have Direct TV Sat system being install on it. I expect to have it by the end of week or before.Once they get done at prep and sat system and what ever else they do.

When I order the trailer I had the washer and dryer to be putin the bonus room. Itdid not happen.
I now have it in the closet up front I have no Idea what they are going to do about it. Being I order it for the back room. I quess I will no something toworrow. But the 5th wheel looks great and can't wait to take it out on it first trip.
Not yet. Waiting for wife to retire 2 years or less, she ready to do it now.
I am hoping they will compensate which I no they will make it good. It was Rewoods fault.

I won't have it untill next week, have to install satellite sys on Monday and still no word from Rewood to my dealer on what they are going to do about the washer and dryer not being in the Bonus Room. I cannot figure out who drop the ball on this. That's a big mistake not getting the order right. Hopefully somthing will get done to make it right.
This weekend I sign my paper work on th e new 2012 RW38BR. The problem I have with the the trailer was the washer and dryer not in the the right location.My dearler going to make it right for me telling me he will move the units to the bonus room were it was suppose to be . This will take some work being they will have to run newwater lines and drain lines to that location. also they still have the satillite system toput on the roof. Being that said It is still at the dearler and notat my house yet. I will be checking on it today to see when it will be done.
I thought about that. I did order it in the back room and they have to make it right. Plus this dealer is a lot better then most. I have been dealing with the owner and I no he will make it right.
It was Redwood fault that it did not get done all my paper work said washer and dryer in bonus room. You don't find to many dealersthat will take care of youbefore and after you buy.
