Anyone on here belong to the one I saw leaving Sycamore Junction in Ellerbe NC? They passed by our job site. It looked like a new RL pulled by a SRW, didn't get to see the brand.

we will be leaving Orange, TX this weekend headed to Kankakee, IL via I-10 to Baton Rouge then I-55 north to I- 57... watch for us!!! LOL Full body paint tan and black pulled by a white 1999 Ford 350 flatbed dually

Found 6 other Redwoods in Lake Havasu City at the Islander Resort last month, and met one at a Tennessee rest area last week, and we camped at the same CG, and went out to eat together. Redwoods are a great conversation piece.

I-65 North bound Elizabethtown Ky exit 94 black and tan old paint scheme being towed by a white mdt, heading towards Louisville Ky around 11:30am.

Sorry for the weather, I do not think the weather is cooperating anywhere in the Southeast this weekend
Last spring when we stayed at Anchor Down Resort, it had only been open about a month or so, for the most part we had the CG to ourselves as there was only a 8 or 10 RVs there at any one time.

It is about half full. Most of the people we talked to think it is too expensive. I think it is a deal. Fireplace, view of the lake, stamped concrete pad. Site #20 overlooks the whole place. Great camp hosts.

I thought it was kinda pricy, sites a little too close together for such a nice resort.
You are right the fireplaces and view of Lake Douglas is very nice.

I think it is to pricy and not convenient to Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. The traffic from AD into these towns can be awful.

To each their own, and that's what makes RVing great. For us, we are still weekend warriors and the right coast and the price is about normal. We love it and will be back. And we take the back roads to Gatlinburg if going in. So much to see here and do.

When visiting the area Anchor Down Resort is close enough to the attractions for us and far enough away from the highway and attractions to be peaceful and quiet.
Also we have Family / Friends in Cosby TN that we visit while we are there and we have good access to them too.
