Does anybody have a Slide in Slide system? We ordered one but still not real sure about it although I love the concept. I'm worried about having the extra motors.

I'm not sure about the slide in a slide concept I my self have not seen one in person but the second set motors, seals sounds like more to worry about and maintain. Have you seen one in person? It was not a option for our 36FL.

I have not see it in person yet so I guess we ordered it on blind faith. The selling point to me was that it gave extra dressing room for the wife at the end of the bed. The factory rep said since each slide has it's own switch we didn't have to use it if we didn't want to which was a real selling point to me.

Have seen it, and it sure does give more room in the BR, but only avail with a Queen. We have a King Sleep Number we will transfer, so no slide-in-a-slide for us.

I love our sleep number bed in our house so that will be the first thing we add to our new 5er when we get it. I'm not too sure about the bed that comes with these trailers.

We thought the one that came in our Montana was really good until we spent 3 months sleeping on it last spring, that's when we order the Sleep Number.
The Redwoods are using a neat feature they call the European Box Spring to supply some flexable support under the matterss, but we're not about to let our Sleep Number go with our trade.

How thick is the sleep # bed? We are looking at replacing the mattress that comes with the redwood but our bed slide goes into the closet slide so our mattress thickness is limited.

Our Sleep Number is no thicker than a standard mattress so you would probably be OK. Plus being filled with Air you can squash it up little too.
