TV Stands
I know I'm new here and very new to the Redwood brand. My prior units have almost all been built by Jayco. That being said, I have always pulled the TV's from the coach prior to putting it in storage for the winter. I suppose many of the people that own 5th wheels like these, would just pull them to warmer climates and watch their TV's.
I can't quite do that, yet. However, there are no stands in the rig to put the TV's on, if they are not hanging in the trailer. I called customer support and found out the installers just throw them away! Is that true with Redwood, as well? Anyway, I contacted LG and they are sending me three new stands.

Ya I didn't get any stands, but I don't pull TVs either. They do fine in the winter. You just don't want to power up a cold one.
speaking of cold one, what time is it.............

We also get a lot of break-ins in this area, where they steal, of course, flat screens.
I contacted LG and they are sending me three new ones. They have a 30 day warranty for missing box items.

In all my RVs, I have never removed a tv, either. They do very well in cold weather.

We're in the group that take our Tele's to warmer climate so that don't have to endure the cold.

Nice!
I guess some people put batteries in the freezer to extend the life. I just put the whole Redwood in there, and sometimes the truck with it.

We did the Freezer thing for a good number of years, but not anymore.

I'm seriously thinking about putting an offer in on a house that sits on 6.6 acres. The out building is 30x40 so I told Ginny that if we buy this place either we're adding on to that building or I'm building a larger one so we can keep the RV heated all year around.

Can I move mine in too ?? I'll split the cost of heat and power .......
We can grow to like Illinois. I lived there (Champaign) in the 70's so I'm sort of an Illini

Actually........there's a pretty good flat area 2-3 acres that I told Ginny we could put a RV septic system in and have room for several RVs. Our own little gathering. We're still negotiating with the banker, I'll let you know how it turns out.
Over the last few years we completely remodeled our house to be an aging in place home...now I guess we'll start all over again.
