redwood is 60 days out on repairs at factory, what does that tell you? Lucky mine was so new its going back in the production line. Which is only right. If all the things are corrected and no other issues they can save face but that and only that will do. I fully understand you will have small issues but nothing like what I have had.

Brad - might want to check out Roger's previous well written summation regarding a litany of issues. Some of the issues listed, if a concern, should have been identified prior to purchase - accessibility of black outlet, hose storage, lack of towel rails.

Like you we changed the bed cover and if RW had supplied towel rails the "Boss" would probably have changed them anyway.
Ah, OK. That makes sense then.

I wouldnt expect fade this soon, especially since we arent that often exposed to direct sunlight.

We have a 2014 that is fading already. Stored inside! Looks awful. Will the warranty cover it???

I have a 2013 31SL that is always stored under a cover. The front cap started to show significant fading earlier this year. I called Redwood Customer Service and sent pictures as they requested. It was approved to be painted by a local paint shop. I had to pay for the paint job and then send the paid invoice to Redwood for reimbursement. Have not seen fading on rear yet since it is under a cover. Even though my 2 year warranty has ended I would hope Redwood would authorize paint if it does fade since this has been an issue for owners of the tan/white Redwoods.

Yes they will warranty it, just don't let them talk you into having someone polish/buff it, insist on paint.
