2012 36FL Front Cap Led Lights

I have a 36FL 2012 that have the round led lights. Has anyone removed and replace them? How do they come out?

These round led lights are in 2 pieces. The outer chrome plastic ring needs to be pried off. Carefully cut around the outer edge to cut through the seal. Then use a plastic type scraper or putty knife to pry the ring off. The base of the light should be secured by 3 square headed screws. Should pry off after removing the 3 screws. The light base should have butyl putty around it to seal out water.

Have you seen any replacements for them? Mine are just barely visible and don't shine much light

You might wet sand them with emery cloth. Then spray them with clear headlight acrylic. Lots of YouTube videos will show you the process. It holds up for a few years if you use the right product.
