If you have the drop leaf table in your Redwood you may want to make this modification to it. Otherwise you risk a dinner guest getting a lap full of the pasta. I know because it happened to us.
The support bracket for the leaf is mounted to the back side of the table frame which allows the short screws to pull out when you put weight on the leaf. Moving the bracket to the front side prevents this from happening. It only takes a few minutes to do the mod and costs nothing.
