I burnt out the amber bulb in the light over the enrty door on my 36FB(clear cover with both clear and amber light bulbs inside)

Dealer had replacement clear bulbs but no amber bulbs. Parts catalogs had no amber bulbs either? He is thinking that if I am unable to unearth one at an auto supply shop... He may need to see if Redwood has any.

Pretty minor problem in the overall scheme of things - But, has anyone else experienced the same and/or have a source for these types of bulbs

I have had better luck at the auto supply stores than RV shops or Redwood.

We had ours replaced at the Redwood Factory while having warranty work accomplished

Problem solved... Found my bulb.. RV Dealers @ Auto Parts stores only stocked clear (921) bulbs. I found my amber 921s at bulbtown.com. They actually had two types to choose from: 'natural amber' and 'painted amber'. Bulbs were reasonably priced. Shipping was reasonable also!

We had one of those bulbs blow out but we could not get the cover off as it was apparently "glued" on with sealant. How did you remove the cover? Our solution was to have the factory fix it when we were in for warranty work. I did not want to use a razor knife to cut the sealant for fear of damaging the paint

I too found the cover sealed in place and had the dealer remove it... (putty knife & box cutter). They didn't have the bulb so theysealed it back up again (silicone around outer edge). When I get my bulbs from BulbTown I will get to break it open once again. It looked like they were able to easily get a putty knife in the bottom edge of the assembly and work their way upward. When they re-sealed it they left the bottom only partially sealed.
