I should add that is for 2015 and on

At 2 years straight up, it's still one of the best warranties in the mid priced RVs. I'll take it, after having had 1 year warranties on all my other units.

Doesn't matter whether we complete have it signed off on by dealer or if the dealer completes. Is anyone familiar with this "form" that they are requesting? If so, where can I obtain a copy?
Page 5 of your owners manual has the "inspection and service certificate". you require this to be filled in and sent to RW

Yes they are. That's why I can't understand why we need to supply this separate form. They signed our book, and I understand that there is a form that needs to be submitted to redwood, but that should be the dealership responsibility.

Concur with Dan --- in the manual pictured below page 5 has the Owner responsibilities, and a previous page (not numbered) is a form for the inspector to sign...

Then he also dated and signed inside my convenience center door...

Similar to Brad's experience, we leave the book handy and the dealer fills in the book and deals directly with RW to maintain the paper trail.

Anybody remember where it goes at Redwood if you have to do it yourself?

Is there still a sticker by the front door that says "2 + 5"? This seems to be an ongoing discussion with many different answers depending on who you're talking to.

Don't know if the 2015's have that sticker, my 14 does. I got my info from the dealer side of Tech support at RW. I did not ask why they were doing away with the additional 3 years of "only" structural warranty, but she said it was no longer offered and therefore, the annual inspection would no longer be required.

You would think RW would put something out about the warranty. I checked the web site and there is no info on the warranty anymore.

That was quick - no Redwood has ever reached 5 years yet and now its gone. Landmark still boasting the 2+5?

It would be good to find out for sure if they are just no longer "offering" the 5 year warranty (which is bad enough) or if they are both not offering or "honoring" the warranty that exist now. Although I don't think they would even consider not honoring warranties, it would be very concerning as in my book, structural defects include a long list of things including sub ceiling, sub floor, side walls, etc..

Here is the deal. They honor the existing 2+5 if you have it. If you want a warranty on the "structure", you must do an annual inspection at your expense so they will guarantee the structure for 3 more years. Starting in 2015, they still give a 2 year warranty, but after that you are on your own, with no annual needed

I'll probably make my own call to RW, but did they say the yearly inspection is still needed but at our expense, or that the yearly inspection is no longer needed in order to make warranty claims? Thanks in advance CLivin.

As someone noted before, it would be good for RW to send a notice out explaining all this (unless I missed it). I will mention it to them when I call (and would encourage others to do same).

Has anyone had a claim in the 3rd year or later?
