It seems like a couple of folks had frame issues after the initial 2 year bumper to bumper warranty.

oh wow, I hadn't heard that. Actually haven't heard of any issues on the 12" frames yet. Do you recall what the issues were?

As someone noted before, it would be good for RW to send a notice out explaining all this (unless I missed it). I will mention it to them when I call (and would encourage others to do same).
From what I know, the annual inspection is needed to insure that the frame and other structural parts are warranted for 5 years. Also, it is at our expense, I have heard some dealers do it very cheaply, ours looked at me kinda weird when I said, it should not take more than an hour at $110 per hour.

Lifestyle fifth wheels are no longer offering the 2 year pin to bumper warranty - it is now 1 year, with 2 years on the frame, so kudos to Redwood!

2+5 was a selling point, can I change my mind now also and get my money back?

Once these trailers are out of warranty.....you can start modifying them a little without the worry of voiding the warranty.

Yes and mine is a 2012 and I believe around the 810th one made. I do have a few years left on the frame warranty. I have seriously considered at time of extending the frame out the back and having an aluminum trunk affixed to it. I kind of have in my head of cutting the rear cap and making it look factory.
