Has anything ever happen 6 years later from this post from filing complaints about the suspension?
I purchased my 2015 38 RL in 2019 and live in it full time and I noticed my springs have been flat the last couple years. I know I need to replace them to not get caught stranded with a broken spring. Was wondering before I replace them if there’s any help with the manufacturer.
Thx

You will receive ZERO help from the mfg on this matter. Either pony up and pay $$$ for the IS, OR change the springs to a different type and add shocks, HD shackles, act...

my kitchen side springs where flat and had a broken shackle when I pulled into Morryde to have IS installed. notice the tires where 3/4" apart on the kitchen side about 4 miles from the shop in Elkhart after driving 1000 miles west from Mass to have the upgrade done. Made it into the service bay with out and trouble or road service. at 16,500 lb GVW rating with 7K OEM axles we where just over 17,000lbs on the way out there loaded with water and food for the week. funny part is I had just under 13,000 lbs on the trailer tires on the scale. Morryde was worth the money for disk brakes and 8000lb IS suspension. much smoother on the road and stops much safer .

Check into the Roadmaster Slipper Spring Comfort Ride System at the following link:

https://www.roadmasterinc.com/comfor...pring-systems/

I installed this system myself and I was 79 years of age at the time 3 years ago. It took me a couple weeks at the time. Or, you can have a service location do it for you. It takes about 6 hours for someone a lot younger than I.

We had not been able to tow our coach until recently as my wife had been going through cancer surgery and follow-up treatments. Took a trip from Indiana out to Iowa for a Granddaughter's college graduation and then on out to South Dakota in May. The coach did quite well on the trip. Very satisfied.

Hope this helps.
