Cabinet stain color?

Hi all,

Anyone know what brand and color the wood stain is? I have the lighter or blonde color interior. Sent an email to Redwood customer service and no reply (week ago)

Thanks!

I believe there is no stain on the blonde cheery, only on the dark finish.

well, there is a couple places it looks like they missed, I guess it could be just a bit darker because of a finish rather than a stain? hope the factory fills me in. I'll be sure and update when I find out.

We have the natural cherry finish, there is quite a bit of variance in the color throughout, some places are almost blonde while others are darker. To me, the variation in color really adds to the overall beauty of the cherry wood used. All surfaces are finished to a semi-gloss look so I know everything has been coated.

The various shades of color are due to the fact that some of the two inch strips of cherry that are milled together with heart wood and outside wood. The heart wood is tighter gained and doesn't except stain as easily, hence the variance in color. I too like the difference.

As posted previously, wiped most of our wood down with Scotts Liquid Gold & what a difference, now even more beautiful than ever, plus a nice glow. Also used Minwax Pecan Satin stain & polyurethane on table top & bedroom dresser top to repair some scratches, matches very closely, enough that would probably have to point it out. Don't know for sure which cherry ours has, light or dark, but that stain is close enough for us.

The light [natural] cherry is almost blonde, looks like pecan to me, the dark is very red, looks a lot like walnut.

Hey, that bottom pic looks like an FL. Wasn't having a vent in the living room on the FL one of somebodies design changes they asked for? Looks like they have them - or are at least on option.

Brad - Well spotted.

Affirmative, that was one of mine, as the website only has options for Bedroom, Kitchen & Bathroom. I did wonder why a fan was an option in the bedroom of an FL.

Therefore, a LR option is obviously available for the FL, they just need to clarify it on the website.

Ya its not clear. I did not want the maxxair in our bedroom thinking that I would at least get the vent. Didn't get anything, and it will be a real pain to put one in now.
