We're now set up in Gettysburg, PA. First time trying to use cable. Plugged my cable into the cg tower on one end and plugged it into the connection marked "cable" in the service center. We haven't been able to get any cable stations. Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you sure the parks cable even works? We've even had to use the antenne when the cable reception was too poor to use at some parks.

Have you programmed each TV for cable? It's on SetUp in the TV's menu and you also need to set the channels again each time you move

To get cable I had to pull the TV out and move the coax cableto the other outlet.

Yes, as Dave said-make sure the antenna booster is off. I have messed this up several times.

It's above the bedroom TV to right on our RL. Push it in for cable - green light off, and on for the TV.

We have the FL. Can't find anything near the large TV or the small one in the rear bedroom. Must be looking right at it. Very frustrating.

I don't know where the antenna booster is on your model. Ours too is in the cabinet by the bedroom tv. It is built into the side of the cabinet, up high and is hard to see. Most probably near that bedroom tv somewhere. Hope this helps.

The antenna signal amplifier is mounted on the ceiling above the bedroom TV in all the RW models that I have heard about. Use a flashlight to see it. There is a small (1/8 inch diameter) button on it and a green LED indicator that lights when turned on. Cable TV or satellite won't get to the either of the TV's if the amplifier is on. It is only for use with the "off air" antenna.

Took us about an hour to find it while doing the PDI at the dealers. On the FL it is located in the Kitchen door side corner cupboard. It is a small button on the coax outlet plate mounted on the rear bulkhead. When pressed a small green light is illuminated.

WOW!!! Finally found it in the back corner of the kitchen corner cabinet. Our coffee maker sits right in front of it so it was a bit of a challenge to find.
Moved the cable to the third, unmarked connection in the service bay, turned off the green light and VOILA; we have cable.
As my wife just said, "huckle, buckle, beanstalk! Whatever that means.
Thanks all, much appreciated.
