Does anyone have the instruction manual for the carpet that comes in the 36RL? I want to know the best way to have it professionally cleaned but didn't receive any information on the carpet. Have found a carpet cleaning witha mobiel service that uses 200 degress water temp and 600lbs of water force toclean carpets. Not sure what this would do to the carpet or the floor underneath. I had an upper cabinet door come open and some bottles of alcohol fell out and broke. Have tried several cleaning products like Resolve but nothing seems to work on removing the stain. (Not color, more like the sugar in the alcohol - kind of sticky).
Any suggestions appreciated. Have tried to clean this 5-6 times myslef and nothing seems to work.

Can you tell me how to contact Brian. I know his email is somewhere on here, but have not been able to find it. Have a question for him.

Russ & I read this forum alot, but don't post yet. We own a 2013 RW 36RL but are just getting acquainted with it.So don't have too much to add right now. We do enjoy everyone's post. They are very informative and even funny sometimes.

We are looking into getting our carpets cleaned too and will use either steam cleaning (Stanley Steamer) or Chem Dry. I would avoid hot water extraction because it could get the carpet too wet and soak the flooring underneath.
Just my 2c

I own a professional carpet cleaning business. Stanley Steamer is a good carpet cleaning company but they do not use steam. Steam is too hot and would damage the carpet. They use hot water extraction. This is the most popular method for cleaning carpet and is recommended by most carpet manufacturers. This will not damage your carpet or the wood floor under your carpet in any way. I would recommend the carpet be cleaned by any of the major players, ServiceMaster Clean, Servpro, Stanley Steamer, Etc. They all use truck mount carpet cleaning machines that cost $25,000.00 or more and do a very good job of extracting the water from the carpet.

These trailers are built with 3/4 inch plywood just like a house so I wouldn't be too worried about it myself. Just make sure you suck the water back up just like you do with a brick and stick home.

I've used Chem-Dry in my home for since the early 70s. Highly recommended by a quality carpet manufacturer. They also recommended Folex for spot cleaning and I've used that, as well. I've been very satisfied with both products and have never tried anything else. With the Chem-Dry you don't have the moisture extraction issue.
