Well of course foreigners are welcome! As far as snow, that would be hard toguarantee in Colorado! Seems it was snowing in the high country a few weeks ago. However, it's hard to beat standing out in front of the camper with a cup of coffee at 5:00 in the morning and realizing Mother Nature laid a couple of inches of snow on the mountain range overnighta couple thousand feet above you.
Dave's right, lighting a campfire in Colorado now is like lighting a cigarette in a resturaunt. I think you would get mugged. We use a propane campfire to avoid the smoke anyway.
