Contacts at Redwood for Engineering Drawings

I've seen some post regarding this in the past, but they are from some time ago and with all the management changes at Redwood I thought I'd check again to see if anyone had any updated contacts. I'm trying to locate any engineering drawings for my 38BR so that I understand what is where. I need to punch a hole in the roof for a couple of items and am hoping to get some insight as to the best place to do this to run wires down into the utility area just to the rear of the basement.
