I know the number is located in a thread some where but I can't find it. Does anyone have the phone number and a contact name to make a factory visit appointment. And can you point me to the thread that discussed directions?

When I was up there about 1 month ago I scheduled a factory tour by calling "Dawn" at 260-593-3850.
