Electric main awning

It goes out but not with a little help pulling on the arm just outside the door. I've sprayed the connecting points on the arm with slide out lube but so far no noticeable difference. Anyone have a fix for that?

Sounds like the struts have gotten weak. I had strut leak oil & eventually it wouldn't extend or retract.

0411150932a.jpgTom, just FYI the struts are the threaded on each end, just so you don't think you have to drill out the rivets.
