Exploreusa Denton, first warranty experience

There have been many warnings about Exploreusa warranty work and so far I am pleased with the outcome. I full time so when I bought from them, I made sure they knew I would not be staying in hotels while they messed around with warranty work. I dropped the trailer off at 8am 9/1 with 4 things that needed addressed. I returned at 4 pm and they have fixed 2 and ordered parts fro the other 2. I am doing the Dallas RV Show so have scheduled 9/14 for them to fix the other 2 items. So far, So good.

That is great Ron, it is good to hear the positive dealer / service experiences.
We normally only hear the bad experiences and problems.

I know others have not been happy, but I had good service from Canton Explore USA! They spent a lot of time getting the brakes to work on my truck, just to find out the Carlisle servo was bad.
