For those that add bike racks to the hitch of your Redwood. What do you do about the tag that's now hidden behind the rack?

I used nylon cable ties and mounted the tag to the ladder, as we try to avoid traveling at night, so no problem with no light on it. Prefer to have it visible, don't need to give "The Man" any reason to stop us.

X2 If I look criminal enough that they need to use my bike rack as a reason to stop me....they can.

I guess they could "profile" sexy senior criminals pulling big colorful trailers down the road with big trucks hiding their license plates. We'd be known as the Redwood gang (The Woodies), the bad of the bad.

I haven't had a ticket in 25 years...I guess I'm over due.

LOL, I guess I won't worry about it then. Was thinking I'd mount it to the ladder with zip ties as well but since it's still a temp tag that'd be a major PITA. I also use a bike cover so the tag will essentially be viewable except from the side.

Since you're using a bike cover, you might want to move it. I didn't want to worry about the cover blowing off so we don't use them.

I can think of a few codes, none of which are printable here!! However in the interest of this forum, what about Wonderful Woodies
