Serviced our Onan today in preparation for spring. These Redwood guys are a class act! Beyond mounting the remote start in the perfect spot, the prep knockouts are exact for the Onan. I was able to drain the oil and change the filter in about 10 minutes and all right through the bottom! Sounds simple enough, but in our Montana, the mounting frame blocked the oil drain and part of the filter and usually oil ended up running down the frame making a complete mess

Exactly. If you happen to have the install directions for the Onan, you'll see that the template in the packet is an exact transfer to the knockouts in the prep package. Somebody was thinking.
