Who rebuilds these hyd cyls? lippert? Or must whole cyl re placed or rebuilt? I need to clean up rod and get this 36re back to my shop then deal with this new issue

Falcon Fit is just a fancy name for Lippert parts.
Most any hydraulic repair place, some tractor shops can rebuild them without parts from Lippert. I checked a shop in Arizona that would completely rebuild them for $100-150 depending on what all was needed, fortunately mine stopped leaking. New jacks are $500-600 from Lippert for your "Falcon Fit".

I put a light coat of grease on my slide rams because I am on the ocean, I have heard from other people staying here at the park that their rams have pitted. My rams have not . So I think greasing the rams no matter where you live might be a good idea.

The techs at the service center recommended spraying them with silicone every time you extend/retract or if parked wipe off the rams & spray them weekly.
DO NOT use regular WD40, the silicone is ok, it is a dust/dirt magnet & will ruin the rubber orings.

Lippert reply to ID slide cylinder lenght or model #,

There aren't seal kits for LCI cylinders, so we are looking at replacing them.

To identify a slide cylinder please measure exactly from the center of one hydraulic port to the center of the opposite port. This measurement will be either a whole or half number. Also, please record the color of the cylinder.

Thanks!

fluid film is good stuff , I have seen how this stuff can protect . On my skid steer back hoe that sits out side 365 days a year and my get used once a year it has stopped any pits from getting larger or deeper and it has stopped any new ones from forming. I wouldn't worry about dust sticking to it , stop the rust .
