Inside Bearing Seals installed backwards!

Just pulled apart the disc brake hubs on a 2015 Mobile Suites running oil bath. They installed the seals backwards from the factory. What a mess oil everywhere. Makes Redwood look pretty good.

Thanks for posting this........it's a great reminder that humans do make mistakes and even great QC wouldn't see that issue.

I would like to see what the seals look like, to see if this was anything but not having a clue.

Ron, did it ruin the bearings or did you catch it in time?

Ruined the bearings. This was an OE DRV/Lippert install using Kodiak parts. Lippert replaced all parts at No Charge. I assisted a friend with the install.

I gather the spindles were OK? Bearings a lot cheaper than new spindles, eh?
