We are currently traveling the U.S.A. and have encountered some repairs needing attention. We were declined by the dealer in Portland, Oregon, because we did not purchase from them and not too nicely, either. We called our dealer for info who referred us to company rep, who showed rather cool attention, follow up, etc. Now we are in Piedmont, SD and came across Jacks Campers Too, 13203 High Plains Place, Piedmont, SD 57769, who cared from telephone call, walking in the store, service, knowledge, and integrity. They found a way to take care of us! Thank you.

We wanted to share a good story with all of you. This dealer cares.

I was turned down as well by a crossroad dealer that Redwood sent me to. They went into the we service our people first and that Redwood sends you people to us because they don't have enough service centers. I sent the letter to Redwood.
