Has anybody else had problems with the key-less door locks? Last week I couldn't get mine to work so I took out the battery and saw that it was corroded so I assumed that was the problem. Now I've replaced the battery in the key pad and the batteries in the door handle. Still not working

Yes we had problems with ours I got in touch with RV lock and they are sending me a new key pad and i ordered 3 of the key fobs so i do not have to deal with the key pad.

I got no fobs either - so I assume that they changed the design. Can we buy them??

I really don't need fobs, but I like the idea of the key pad because then I could go for a walk without carrying keys. If I had a fob I'd still have to carry it and worry about it getting wet.

Put the fob in a zip lock bag then secure it to your ankle with industrial strength, waterproof tape.. Or just don't walk in the water..

I contacted RV lock directly because they are the lock manufacturer.

My key pad works as long as it is not in the sun or above 75 degrees one day I locked my keys inside by mistake and i had to take cold water from the hydrant to cool it off to get it to work. Needless to say I won't trust the keyless lock again.

Our unlock button on the key pad has never worked. They are putting a new one this Thursday. We will see how it works.

I have to get the fobs because last time I used hide-a-key, I couldn't remember where I hid it.

That's what spouses are for! They always tell you where you laid things down

A little sting and your wrist. Latch key kids. Or put it in your hat

I emailed the "OZ" yesterday and he got me in touch with Brian who takes care of the warranty stuff for Redwood. Brian gave me the contact at the Lock company who contacted me today. They're sending me out a new key pad and while I was talking with him I ordered 2 key fobs.

I'm impressed with Redwood that they took my concerns to heart and got the problem resolved.

He didn't till he heard how"fobulous" they were.

BTW,there is a special procedure to code them to your lock I assume?

Did you both have problems with the keypad?
