Kitchen Cabinet Door hold opens
I've been searching for an hour or so to find the posts about installing devices to keep the two upper kitchen cabinet doors open, can't think of what to call it. Hope someone can help who posted (I think two different styles)

Any recommendations for one that has worked in this application?

If you go to the other redwood forum under interior posts a couple of members show a couple of different options you can do to hold the door up

Ron, thanks a bunch. Was looking under owner modifications, apparently not posted to there yet. Gonna give one of those a try.

Here's my solution, easy to install after adding the piece of 1x2 to the inside edge. Others used the short strut.

A search showed me your post. I know it's been a couple of years but I was wondering if you found a solution? We have a 2014 GK and are looking for struts or hinges that might hold our cabinet doors open as well.

I put them on both of our upper cabinets, but is was so long ago I don't remember where I got them. They are just little spring loaded struts. Maybe it will come to me and if it does I'll post the info.
