Lock

The main door lock slot on the handle is turned to the right about 45 degrees
Cannot get the key into it all the way (about 3/4's). Latch still works but unable to lock
2014 Redwood 31SL
Anyone have an idea what happened and remedy for fix?

Had the same problem and used PowerLube as a lubricant in the key hole. Same lube that is used on slides. It did a great job. Locks are like new.

Exact thing happened to me only i was locked out. Called a locksmith. Picked the lock.
