We had MORryde IS installed in September of this year. I discovered severe inside tire wear on all tires. This after only 2500 miles. I contacted Moryde and have the unit in a approved service center today. Moryde agreed to pay for the alignment and damaged tires.
We didn’t hit any unusually bad roads so I have to assume it left Moryde misaligned.

It's very rare to hear of anyone having a problem with an upgrade that MorRyde did. Having said that, to me what is telling is the fact they will stand behind it and make it right.
Truly a great company to deal with that also makes good products.

Didn't Titan Guy have some issues too when he first installed it?

I do not think Ron did the IS.... I seam to remember him saying it was overpriced....????

We got our home back late today. The toe was badly misaligned. The tech doing the alignment said one of the wheels was so badly aligned he was surprised it didnt disintegrate. I will be talking to Moryde tomorrow to understand how this could have happened.

That is interesting that the alignment was off so bad, not typical for MorRyde as they are typically very through in their installation and alignment, but like anything done by man, sometimes mistakes do happen.
The only MorRyde IS issues I have heard of is sometimes the Rubber Springs as too stiff and they have to be changed to a different spring rate.
Our MorRyde IS installation went well a little over a year ago, I have no tire unusual wear at all and have been very happy with the upgrade.

It was his first Redwood that he installed IS. So I searched and get this,  THIS was the very thread he started in Nov 2013!

We just got our IS system installed, and the alignment took ALL DAY. They spent a ton of time on it. BUT, we will definitely keep an eye on tire wear to be safe!

Well I do not know how long Moryde took but when it was redone it took 4 hours. Someone commented previously that mistakes can be made in any process. No doubt. Moryde’s response to the problem has been exceptional as was their service during the initial work. I have no doubt they will make the problem go away. I have no regrets with the decision to have IS installed. This is just a bump in the road so to speak. :-)

Yes, I did have alignment issues. Mor/Ryde did the install and replaced multiple tires before I was able to get back to Elkhart to have it aligned. One of the reasons I went with IS was that I liked the idea that it could be aligned. As it turned out finding someone to do it was difficult. I liked the IS but didn't feel I got $3300 in value out of it so, on my 2015 I went with the Center Point abt. $1000.
