You are correct about marketing. I don't understand why Thor/Crossroads marketing departments won't lend a hand. Good corporations develop a marketing plan and structure for their literature. Once the templates/standards are established it is a matter of filling in the copy. As far as making changes I believe Redwood should address the ongoing problems and leave any major changes to the future. Paint is no big deal nor is the color of the interior. I do like the new paint scheme. So far I believe Redwood builds a great product and I have had good response from the dealer (Lazydays Tuscon) and Redwood.
