When i was at the factory yesterday I had a chance to look through the "KB" model. VERY IMPRESSIVE.....I do wonder though of the extra weight from the new counter tops. This floor plan I'm sure will be a big hit for Redwood.

I'm still going to be trying to work a deal on a BR this spring

Dave,
I'm in the process of upgrading from a SRW to a DRW as I have been very interested in the KB floor plan... I've yet to see one in a Redwood, but I do remember the floor plan well in the Royals International. Was there anything you saw that you did not like about the floor plan?

I really liked the floor plan it just won't work for us because my wife doesn't like the shower location. As I had mentioned before I would have to study the weights because it looks heavy and here is another reason I'd love to see Redwood offer heavier axle options or put the MoRyde system on them.

The one I walked through had the main slide out but not the bedroom slide so I didn't have the full effect of the bedroom. I was very impressed and the unit looked very elegant. It also had the new lighter colored wood in it as well. One problem we've had in our RL is that with the dark wood, you really see the dust.

Dave, Redwood is offering heavier axels as an option. During our factory visit in Oct they told us about an upgrade to our axels on the 36FL to an 8K axel, unfortunately they did not have any in stock when we were there. As for the dust, three options, Merry Maids, do not touch the surfaces, or close your eyes. Have a Happy ThanksgivingJohn & "Sam"
