Norcold How to Reset

Had RV washed at Blue Beacon and appears they got the circuit board wet.
Tried to reset with magnet, no worky. Have jumped 12V+ and 12V- wire with 15a fuse works fine but I really need to get this reset.

Be careful!!!

When my dealer told me about the magnet trick he warned me to watch the fridge to make sure the error code did not reappear. He didn't tell me why, he said that if it did within an hour to shut off the fridge and get it serviced. Luckily mine was fine after resetting.

If yours continues to error I would not keep trying!! Get it to service or call Norcold to get a name of a mobile reck in the area.

I had my RW detailed a,few,weeks ago. When we got there we had the code beeping. I knew in my mind it was the water not any other coincidence as mentioned. After trying every reset known I pulled the vent cover off nd put a fan in the compartment. In about 10 minutes with the fridge off I opened the doors and turned it on and the code was gone never to return again.
