All, did a Roast on the Green Egg, Almost no work at all. Take electric charcoal starter, fill egg with charcoal, wait 5 min, coals are started, open bottom and top vents, close cover, get to required temp, close down bottom and top vent (had to play with that adjustment a bit) Used a remote control thermometer, but the temp stayed constant at 225 (after a few minor adjustments to top and bottom vents). Mixed a bourbon, and about 2 hours later, roast was done, rare/med rare, great flavor (I used some mesquite wood in with the green egg charcoal). The cabinet and egg slide onto an electric hitch carrier which fits into the 2 inch receiver on the back end of the coach. Lazy Days installed electric plug (under warranty/initial purchase deal) so it all worked well.
