Good advice Dave. One of my fender bracketswas missing, the others were hanging by 1 loose fastener - doing nothing. Not justthe fender, but also pay attention to the bottom of the actual slide wall. On mine, the bottom slide wall could flop in/out a good two inches. Turns out, two of slide wallbrackets were also missing. If anyoneran over them on the highway in your travels... sorry.

Our mattress does not rest against the sink when the slide is in. Although we had them keep the factory mattress and installed our own when it arrived.

No issues yet with the pocket door. We travel with the door open and the "buggy thing" at the bottom secure.

We also experienced trouble with the keys for the compartment locks. One lock on the door side main compartment cannot be locked. Planning to have this fixed by the dealer in early December.

No trouble with the fender alignment, but as others have said, I'd suggest replacing the screws in the brackets intended to support it.

Our dealer did a great job with the PDI. We only have a few issues that need to be addressed.

The pocket door between the bathroom & bedroom in our 2013 36rl doesn't latch either, and the latch to hold the bedroom closet doors (the one inside, not the one on the bottom outside for traveling) stopped latching as well

This lock model used by RV manfactures and most builders usually all have an issue. The lock throw or pin isn't long enough to grab successfully every time, you might try tiny washers behind the strike plate bringing it out further. Or replace it with one from an upgraded hardware store or check on line. Ours doesn't work either but we never lock that door.

I was having trouble with mine as well until the factory adjusted my bedroom slide. I kept moving the striker plate and the door would stay closed until the next campground. Now since they fixed the slide, that issue was fixed as well.
