Well it worked great. Thanks for the intro to the new bedroom. I however am not a lover of a sink in the bedroom. But do love the shirt closet on the left. We never use the laundry door because we never close the closet doors. On the other side our long counter allows us to put THINGS as my wife puts it.

Those look good Kevin,
FYI, once you have the image saved someplace like photobucket you can just link to it and it will show up in the message. Just click the "Insert Image" button at the top and paste your link in the "Image URL" box. They will show up like this...

Couldn't open the link to the pictures (anybody out there have suggestions?). Our 36rl came through (sept build) came through with a different dresser/storage/enyertainment wall in the bedroom. Different from the old one and different from the one you describe. We have an armoire (all shelves, no shirt closet) next to the closet. Then 4 drawers with a shelf unit in the middle and countertop to the bathroom. On top, place for a dish box, bluray player, etc on top of the armoire, TV and one cabineton each sideof the TV. No sink. I don't care for a sink in the bedroom, so I'd have been upset if ours came thru that way. Why can't RW send out notices before they make changes -- at least to those whose orders will be affected? I love the new arrangement in our br, would nave been upset if our unit came thru with a shirt closet and a sink in the br

Kevin and Tammy, thanks for sharing these pictures. Now I need to find out which configuration we will be receiving.

We were at the factory last week and walked thru a new FB (what we will be ordering). I like the change of the armoire - lots more storage.

We don't, but there's certainly roomfor them. Also cable/dish hookups, electric outlets and holes with plastic "liners' to pass wires thru cabinet to tv

So the FB has the armoire in the bedroom, is the other side still the same as in the prior model. What other changes did you note from the 2012 model? I've seen posts about new countertops and flooring, did the FB you saw have the 2012 materials or have thy changed?

The other end ot fhte dresser is the same as it was, I think. Just goes up to the laundry closet wall. There are new reciliners that look more like a traditional recliner. I thought the were very comfortable. The new flooring is square Tarkett vinyl (?) tiles, sort of a dark brown mottled color. I saw countertops in the factory that were the same as in previous years as well as the new optional upgrade quartz counters. There are also some changes to the fabric color palettes. There are 4 now instead of the previous 3. The lightest leather has been replaced by something slightly darker, which I feel is more practical.
They have also gone to the roller type shades as atandard, rather than the pleated style - a huge improvement, as the are much easier to operate. They are actually 2 shades - on day and one for night.
Hope this helps.

We just bought a 2013 Redwood 36RE and we specifically
requested the bedroom with the full dresser and overhead cabinets. We just
picked up the unit and it had the new configuration with the sink in the
bedroom. I called the manufacture and they told me that standards/options can
change without notice. Which is annoying when you custom order something. In
addition to the bedroom we did not get the Tiffany lights or any dimmer
switches either all which are supposed to be standard options. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com ffice ffice" />

btan12,
Our 36RE arrived three weeks ago with the same bedroom set up. Our first impression of the sink in the bedroom was not good. However, while we do not use the sink, we've come to appreciate the extra medicine cabinet and storage beneath the sink. We think rather than a sink, the space could have been better used as a vanity of some sort.
The other "surprises" with our unit consisted of quartz countertops (we didn't pay extra for this), better furniture and carpet. These items clearly landed in the "plus" column for us.
I do not recall seeing a dimmer switch when we were shopping for our unit. Is this something that can be easily added?
Hope you enjoy your new RE as much as we are. Headed to the Ducks vs. Stanford game this weekend - Go Ducks!

Yeah we got the quartz countertops as-well. Over all we are
happy with the unit. One issue with the sink in the bedroom is that when you
close the slide it bends up the mattress on the cabinet. Have you had any
issues with the pocket door in the bedroom not latching, or getting the keys in
the locks on your outside compartments? Finally the last issue I have is the
plastic fender trim does not line up on the slide side which has already caused
some paint to rub off.<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com ffice ffice" />

Not sure but I'm going to the factory tomorrow so I'll ask them while I'm there. One thing I do recommend is to crawl under your trailer and replace all the sheet metal screws holding the fenders to the brackets with stainless bolts with nylon bushings in the nuts. This fixes the problem of them coming loose while traveling. Also check and make sure all of the brackets are tight as well.
