Power Control System Anomaly

When I’m connected to 30 amp shore power, my PCS correctly shows connected to 30 amp power. If I throw the water heater circuit breaker, or the fireplace c/b, the PCS then shows that I’m connected to 50 amp power. Redwood techs (at the rally) were baffled, as was local dealer. Local dealer sent an email to Precision Circuits and their response was that any thrown breaker will confuse any pcs and cause something like this. I’d throw the B\S flag at that but I just don’t know enough about the system.

Can anyone replicate this anomaly by throwing one c/b at a time, while hooked up to 30 amp power? It takes about 5 seconds after throwing the breaker before the PCS reacts so be patient.

Thanks in advance!
