Yes they are tied in with Tiara Rv. Call them up and give them the vin# and they will sell you the parts you need. I ordered new led light fixtures and had them in 4 days

Quick update: I received a phone call from Andy Cripe today (the President of Crossroads RV) and we had a nice long, congenial conversation. All I can say is THEY GET IT and they are on the move! Things are going to get better starting yesterday! Stay tuned everyone!

We were in the same place as you a few months ago. We recently sold our 2013 Cedar Creek to purchase a Redwood. We did a tremendous amount of research, looking for that perfect "home on wheels". In fact, we were close to signing 3 different deals. After seeing the Redwood at the Good Sam Rally in Phoenix, we couldn't get it out of our head. We joined this group to help us make a major decision, who better to ask than these guys! Their input helped us select the right TW, and pointed out some issues in some of the floorplans. Like you, some of the negative comments concerned us, and we posted our concerns. The day after our posting, we received a call from Jim Lazzarino the GM for Redwood. He took the time to discuss every single concern...and the day after his call we ordered our new Redwood 36RL. Since then, we have had a few other conversations, and we always feel 100% better after talking. Some will say...wait until the honeymoon is over, well, I have already been treated better than I was ever treated at Forest River, Cedar Creek!! When you head to PA for the show, sit down and talk to Jim, you'll get honesty. We will have our new RW in a couple weeks, and we will be ready. Thanks to all the knowledge we have been able to gather from this site.
Wish you nothing but the best....
I just realized that you already place an order ,thats fantastic... I have to say that we had a KZ Montego Bay that myself and DW both said it will be hard to beat the quality ,the bang for the buck , the factory support , and the comfort of it.. I realize that we have only had this a month , but already having put close to 3000 miles on it for the shake down cruise , we are nothing but smiles!! The fit and finish is great,, the quality is equal or higher than most of the other FW's I have been in close to the price point.. And from what I have been reading over the past few days , the higher ups at Redwood are getting it.. THAT IS HUGE IF THATS THE CASE.. I joined here AFTER I agreed to buy ours , and it scared the heck out of me... I am happy and excited for you guys!!! Good luck , and keep asking ..

Don't know anything about Luxe, but Thor is the parent company of both MS & Heartland so basically all the same components & similar floor plans in all three of those. I too looked at others prior to purchase but to us it was the RW hands down & absolutely no regrets after 2 1/2 years in it fulltime. You also must do your due diligence & be happy with your choice. Good luck & enjoy fulltiming.

I shared with him how appreciative the owner community is of their desire to create an even stronger relationship with Redwood to achieve greater enjoyment of our Redwood lifestyle. We know that they want to improve some aspects of their company and are willing to communicate with them to help them do it, at least that's the impression I have always gotten from the majority of owners here. It's exciting to think of the possibilities! Thank you Andy for reaching out, and thanks to everyone for their focus on what matters. Awesome!

We’re also considering Heartland, Luxe and Mobile Suites.

I came to this forum expecting to hear accolades of the Redwood product, warranty & customer service but those seem to be far and few between. I understand no trailer is or will be perfect but do expect the manufacturer to be better than the trailer itself.

In the meantime we are off to Hershey next month in our quest to find the “perfect” fifth wheel I will have a lot of questions to ask the mfgrs reps.

Jeff,

We here at Redwood are looking forward to seeing you at Hershey. I will be there, as well as a few product reps and our GM.
We would never begin to tell you that we have a perfect product, but know that you, the owner, are our highest priority. So, when we do "miss the boat" on an issue...we strive to fix it! We are so grateful to all of our owners providing us with honest and candid feedback, so that we can continue to improve as a company.

Bring your notepad to Hershey- We're ready for those questions! ;-)

Also the Tampa show in January could provide a similar opportunity. Ditto for the west coast shows, assuming they have them.

The Hersey Show is where the GREAT deals are. If anybody is in the market for a new RV that's the place to buy.

It's still up in the air, but we're working on it. Are you in Tampa all of January, Guy?

spoke to Andy Cripe

Just to follow up with what Yale has done..

I dropped an email to Andy Cripe only to have him call me shortly there after..

We had a great conversation and like Yale I believe they get it.. He knows where they need to improve , they are looking into sending their customer service folks out for additional training..

After speaking with Jason Lippert , They are making changes with the running gear. Jason is also putting together a replacement kit comparable to the Mor/Ryde kit ( all bronze ) that will be offered to Redwood customers.. When and how is yet to be decided ,BUT the point is THEY SEE AN ISSUE and are working on it..There are a lot of things on the horizon that all sound good. He has also stated that the NEW order of frames will have the HD kits standard... That tells me that they are listening.
I will not disclose all he told me , but I will say that the changes they are making are in the right direction.. We compared how our business are so far apart , yet so close to the same..! Pretty cool
Now lets see what the future holds..!

on edit - I forgot to mention that they just started their first denied claims report yesterday and he laid his eyes on it today.. This will be huge in finding issues that may have fallen through the crack before and finding fixes . .

The largest west coast show we have attended is in Pomona. We have done it a couple times in recent years and are just in awe at the amount of RV's they have. Last year we spent 15 hours at the show during our two days and only looked at fifth wheels. Since Phoenix has nothing close, it's worth the drive to us.

Hope Hershey wows us just as much, but since we're flying I don't believe we'll be buying.

We will be at Winterset RV Park near Palmetto, FL (35 miles south of Tampa) from January 1 until then end of April. If the weather looks too bad we may go down in December.

We were there this past winter from December 1 until the end of April.

Joe,

That is very interesting. I just ordered the Mor/ryde SRE 4000 and Heavy Duty Shackles kit earlier this week and will be doing that upgrade/install sometime in the next month. It is good to see that Redwood is starting to take notice of the owners are seeing as weaknesses.

Also, I wonder if my faded end caps on my 2012 36RL showed up on denied claims report. I was encouraged to ask Redwood about the caps at the Rally, so, I did. I was called earlier this week and told that the fading caps could not be covered under warranty because our coach is two years past the 2 year warranty. I also asked about covering it under the 5 year warranty and was told that was for structure only. I guess it was worth a try, but frankly I didn't really expect it to be covered.

Jeff, Hershey and Tampa are the two biggest RV shows in the country. It will take you every bit of two days to see all the fifth wheels.
I expect to be there for most of the week.
