Noticed this notice of a recall for some RW's just off the line
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- CrossRoads RV is recalling 160 model year 2013 Redwood, Rushmore, and Elevation trailers manufactured Jan. 17, 2013, through Feb. 19, 2013. The trailers are equipped with power converters that supply A/C power. These converters have internal components that may short circuit.

A short circuit may lead to a vehicle fire.

CrossRoads will notify owners, and dealers will replace the affected internal components, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in March 2013. Customers may contact CrossRoads customer service at 1.855.226.7496 or by email at service@crossroadsrv.com.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1.888.327.4236 (TTY 1.800.424.9153), or go to www.safercar.gov.

Yep... every time a Martian ship flew by the damn thing would spark to no end. Really scared the the bejebers out of me and the dog. Almost p__sed my self a few times.

I just sent the recall to our Dealer, and he is going to see if ours was taken care of already. Ours is painted and should be shipped end of week. If not he will fix when he gets it.

I just missed the recall, mine came out December 21, 2012.
