Redwood Service Update

The 2013 Ford is 400&800, 2015 is I believe 420 and 860.

Haven't heard about the new 2017 but rumors are that it will be significantly more.

Like you, I just changed from 350 Lariat to a 2016 Silverado 3500 High Country long bed DWD. Still need to check if the recently installed Titan disc brakes are working and bed rail clearance with the new Reese Elite 25K hitch. Got side tracked with CAT & MRI scans and now need to go in for an operation next week. After the holidays I hope to check how the Silverado works with our RW.

Bob I'm sorry to hear that you're having health issues. Any of us that have had health issues cringe when we hear of others going through them. I hope and pray that you have a speedy recovery and great love in this holiday season.

Too bad there's not service centers around the country to save some people trips that shouldn't be necessary

I guess there's 2 ways of looking at this.....

#1 I'm glad that they are there and they do great work. Sometimes the dealership simply don't have the expertise to fix things. That's why all the RV manufactures offer this service however some aren't as good or timely as the Redwood crew.

#2 Yes it's a shame there's a need

Actually what I think we really need is dealers that give a rats patootie, about what their service department can and does do.

but obviously that's not happening, thus the need BUT,
if it were all correct and the dealers wasn't needed
