We have a new 2014 36RL with the roller shades does anyone know if and how the tension can be adjusted on these. On a few of mine I have trouble getting them to go up. There doesn't seem to be enough tension. Edited by: collindo

I also had one that wouldn't retract and worked one it repeatedly - pulling it down and manually winding it up. I then found the MCD website that includes an owners manual. Have included the URL

Thanks that's exactly what was needed, the manual wasn't in the "redwood" manuals binder.Adjustment works on all the windows except the big back one so think there is a problem with it and will have to get it replaced under warranty. Once again thanks for your help.
