There are two small shelves made in Cherry to match the woodwork. No charge from Redwood and she said they would be installing at no charge also. THAT is customer service. And that is how you keep customers.
Any idea how I can get the shelves also? My wife put up a couple of little black ones but we would love to get some that match everything else. We looked forever just to find these in black.

I called Lesa at Redwood to order a couple of parts and she said that all parts now have to be ordered directly from a dealer. The funny thing is a lot of the dealers don't want anything to do with selling parts. Has anyone found a dealer that's good at selling parts?

We have had our dealer, Southern RV, order an ottoman and an end table to use between the recliners with no problem. We also asked about getting extra material that they use for the valances but decided against it because of the cost.
What kind of table did they have for the recliners? Is it like the ones on the end of the couch?
Yes, the extra table we ordered is the same one used for the end tables. I learned of this option from posts on this forum, so I asked our dealer about it and he added it to our order.
