Actually, you are referencing a different brand/model of handle. The RVLock handle has no contacts between the door and jamb and is completely self contained as far as power, independent from the trailer. The wireless RVLock handle will have our logo and website right on the handle itself. Thx

Early models were by Southco & had the contacts & control box was inside bottom of the door, you have to remove bottom trim of door to access control box.
